CMM 1.0 - CESSDA Metadata Management

CESSDA’s project group on Metadata Management have in May 2017 agreed on version 1.0 of CMM.

It includes the core metadata model, multilingual controlled vocabularies, and a renewed version of CESSDA’s topics classification. CMM 1.0 supports the building of CESSDA’s products and services like the Catalogue and the Euro Question Bank. The core model is compatible with DDI Lifecycle metadata standard and the use of DDI Controlled Vocabularies is recommended.
