TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
The University of Milano-Bicocca has an agreement with Hotel degli Arcimboldi, located near the workshop venue. The university is about 1 km from the hotel, reachable within 15 minutes by walk or by underground (1 stop on Line 5).

Conference price per room per night, including breakfast, is:
- Single room: 80 € + 5 € city tax
- Double room: 100 € + 5 € city tax
It is not possible to pre-book the rooms, so their availability is variable. Guests will need to directly contact the hotel as soon as possible and arrange dates and other necessities themselves via email (arcimboldi@bookingsolutions.it). When contacting the hotel please state that you are coming to the event organised by Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca ("convenzione Bicocca") in order to benefit from the price agreed upon.
Booking and cancellation policy
- In order to guarantee the room reservation, credit card information will be required in advance via email by the hotel.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior arrival.
- In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full price of accommodation will be charged.
