CLARIN ERIC
Darja Fišer is Executive Director of CLARIN ERIC, the European virtual distributed research infrastructure for language data, tools and services which currently has 27 member countries from Europe and beyond. CLARIN, which has been on the ESFRI roadmap since 2006, gained ESFRI ERIC status in 2012 and Landmark status in 2016, provides access to over 500,000 language resources, tools and services. CLARIN's 22 CTS-certified data centres have a focus on FAIRness & interoperability (federated login, central metadata harvesting for easy discovery, and chained services). CLARIN's 39 Knowledge centres cover a large number of research topics, languages and resource types.
