Erik Ø. Sørensen is a professor of economics at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and co-principal investigator at the FAIR Centre for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality and Rationality. His research applies experimental and behavioral economics to the study of fairness, inequality, responsibility, and moral decision-making. He has held positions in Mannheim, Amsterdam, Oslo, and at NHH, served on Norway’s commission estimating the emission effects of climate measures, and heads the FAIR data infrastructure unit.
