Lorenz Makula is the Principal Investigator of the OSTrails Project (Horizon Europe), which supports the planning, tracking, and assessing of scientific research data.
He has also developed a mentoring program for OSCARS-funded projects on behalf of CESSDA. In another project, he contributes to the dissemination of ESS survey data.
Previously, he served as Service Owner for CESSDA services DMEG, DAG, and CVS. He is also a member of the EOSC-A Task Force “FAIR Metrics and Digital Objects.
