Summary

We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming final annual meetings of the Work Package Leads (WPLs), the Advisory Board, the General Assembly, as well as the Final Dissemination Event organised by WP5. All activities will take place back‑to‑back on 26–28 May 2026 in Brussels.

1. WPLs Meeting:

Expected attendees: Work Package Leaders and co-leaders, task leaders and Advisory Board
Format: In person (Brussels), with an online option for those unable to attend
Schedule:

2. General Assembly:

Expected attendees: All Beneficiaries, Affiliated Entities, Associated Partners and Advisory Board
Format: Hybrid (participants in Brussels will connect from a dedicated meeting room)

3. Dissemination Event:  

Expected attendees: Invited experts, all Beneficiaries, Affiliated Entities, Associated Partners and Advisory Board

• 28 May: 8:30–13:00 (CET)

Logistics:
Each institution will cover with their own budget the travel and accommodation expenses of their personnel. Advisory Board costs will be covered by IACS, and external experts' by UCSC.
