Data management for open science

Data management for open science workshop, organised as part of the first official presentation of CROSSDA, the Croatian Social Science Data Archive as a national public service and service provider for CESSDA ERIC.

The program is divided into three parts. In the first part, past and present efforts towards the establishment of a social science data archive in Croatia is presented. The second part is dedicated to data management and planning in the context of open science, with special emphasis on legal and ethical considerations when collecting personal data in research. In the third part of the programme we offer demonstration sessions about tools for open science, demonstrating R Markdown for writing dynamic scientific texts and the Open Science Framework.
