AI4SOCIALPLUS is a Horizon Europe project that brings together 14 European partners to advance AI readiness within the European Open Science Cloud ecosystem, focusing on the social sciences and humanities.  Through three core actions, the project will build a common AI Readiness Framework, bring machine-actionability tools to federated data repositories, and implement a portable AI-ready infrastructure platform. An interdisciplinary, co-design approach engages researchers, developers, and AI engineers through five diverse use cases. A sustainable Competence Centre will support continuous learning and community engagement. Aligned with EU AI strategies, AI4SOCIALPLUS empowers researchers to conduct novel AI-based studies while ensuring scientific integrity, data quality, transparency, and verification, extending beyond academia to foster AI champions across industry, IT, and public administration.
